| so guys ... last night was pretty sweet! God's really been working in my life and obviously in the lives of a LOT of other people! I think a lot of times we got lost in trying to act like a christian instead of just following God ... we just start going through the motions and lose sight of the purpose. Instead of going through the motions, we should pursue a personal relationship with God ... you should KNOW God not just read his Bible and pray but actually take time to get to know him and talk to him ... talk to him about anything and everything ... get personal with Him. I dont know about anyone else but for me i was kind of losing that personl touch ... that closeness with God ... the actual knowing him not just knowing who he is and what he does but actually knowing him and having a very alive and exciting relationship with him! ... ok idk where i'm going with this .... i guess im just saying that if you aren't personaly experiencing and living with God everyday ... then you're missing the point ... hahah idk but when you actually do get to know God ... on a personly level ... its the most exciting thing in the world!!! |
